Project Description

The project prepares the validation requirements of the new occupational role, via the development of a common Curriculum Programme for the ‘JB’, cross referenced to NQF and EQF standards. This intervention is central to the JB’ supporting role with employers, VET/training providers and unemployed job-seekers or enable them to secure sustainable jobs and contribute towards the reduction of unemployment in Europe. The project, therefore, addresses the knowledge and skills gaps of the partner countries’ VET staff/trainer whose role is the interface between job-seekers and employers.
