Project Description

The “Innovation Manager” is the person who guides and suggests good practices in all business areas (product development, improving processes, ICT, etc.), but mainly in the Human Resources sector so that businesses achieve higher competitiveness. The aim of INMA project was to create the professional profile of the “Innovation Manager”, in order for an organisation to be able to find the person who will analyze the tangible and intangible assets of the organization, discover possibilities for improvement aiming to achieve the best strategy for creating competitive advantages.

The INMA profile gave emphasis in the training in five key areas or modules:

–       Module 1: Strategic Management

–       Module 2: People Management

–       Module 3: Knowledge Management

–       Module 4: Corporate Social Responsibility

–       Module 5: New Technologies and Communication

A multimedia online training tool on the above areas was created and tested, to promoted female representation in the Innovation area.
