The Erasmus+ project Skills Swap that aims to enhance the skills of employees in the tourism sector through work-based learning, is coming to an end. The project’s final conference was held in Larissa on the 12th of June at the Municipal Library, where local community stakeholders, trainers, trainees and people working in the tourism sector attended in order to learn about the new opportunities and innovations developed in this context. The next day, the last transnational meeting of the partners was successfully held at the premises of DIMITRA Education & Consulting, where the project results in each country as well as the added value and future exploitation of the project were discussed.
