VOUCHER Program for 50,000 Employees

Continuing Vocational Training Programs for the Upskilling of Green Skills for 75,000 Employees

The objective of the action is to provide theoretical upskilling and reskilling training in green skills (Voucher) to employees aged over 18.

The action is implemented through the training voucher system and includes:

  • Theoretical training with a duration of 80 hours (12 hours in-person, 48 hours synchronous distance learning, and 20 hours asynchronous learning).
  • Certification of knowledge and skills in the training subject area.
  • Total training allowance of up to €400 (€5 per hour of training, gross).

The action is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

Right to Participate

The right to participate in the Action will be granted to all employees who meet the following criteria:

-Are over 18 years of age

-Are graduates of at least compulsory education

-Are employed in the private sector

-Have not participated in a previous cycle (either as employees or unemployed individuals)

Application Submission Procedure

It is carried out exclusively online. Each interested individual who wishes to register in the Beneficiary Registry and participate in this Program must:

1. Submit the “Participation Application” electronically via https://voucher.gov.gr by logging in with their TAXISNET credentials.

2. Attach the following supporting documents:

  • A valid copy of the Identity Card or Passport.
  • A copy of at least a Compulsory Education graduation certificate (e.g., Lower Secondary School Certificate) or a higher-level qualification, including an official translation and recognition decision if the degree was obtained abroad. For IEK graduates, the certification from the final exams must also be provided.
  • English language certificate (Optional – if available)
  • A Solemn Declaration submitted via gov.gr at
    https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr/ekdose-upeuthunes-deloses,
    addressed TO DYPA, stating that:

a. I am not attending and have not attended any other training program implemented under the same action (Action 16913 “SUB 2: Horizontal upskilling/reskilling programs to targeted populations”), within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0,” funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

b. I am not attending and have not attended a training program in the same subject area during the last two (2) years prior to the publication of this Call.

c. I am not attending and will not attend any other training program funded by European Union resources that has a timetable which overlaps, in whole or in part, with the training program for which I am submitting this application.

d. The training program I will attend will take place outside of my working hours.
