We use your personal data in the context of your participation in educational programs, to support or inform you regarding the activities of our Company related to education and training programs, European programs, as well as to further inform you about our initiatives, respond to your requests and inquiries, and to address your suggestions and comments aimed at improving our services. We also use this data for analyzing the traffic of our websites and improving your user experience.

As a general rule, our Company does not disclose your personal data to third parties, except when this is clearly required by legislation or regulatory frameworks, or when we act as intermediaries and to the extent necessary to complete a service and fulfill requests related to the services we provide. The retention period of your personal data, in cases where you express interest in participating in an educational program, corresponds to the duration of the program, extended by the period required under tax and financial legislation.

The retention period of your personal data, in cases where you express interest in being contacted by us, is two (2) months.

After the expiration of the above-mentioned periods, your personal data is deleted.

7. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time, in accordance with applicable legislation and free of charge. We may request proof of your identity before providing you with this data.

  • You have the right to request the correction or update of your personal data, and the “Company” will proceed with their immediate correction.
  • You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
  • You have the right to request the cessation of processing of your personal data by the “Company”.
  • You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data by the “Company”.
  • You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another entity/organization.

If it is proven that a data breach of your personal information has occurred by the Company, resulting in material or non-material damage, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, at www.dpa.gr.
