RAPPORT – RoadMap for improving the quality and responsiveness of VET – Theory and Practice
The RAPPORT project aims to enhance the quality and responsiveness of Vocational Education and Training (VET) systems in Albania and Bosnia & Herzegovina, aligning them with local, regional, and national development strategies. By implementing a holistic capacity-building approach, the project seeks to modernize VET through quality assurance mechanisms, curriculum development, stakeholder collaboration, and integration of digital, green, and entrepreneurial skills.
To achieve these goals, the partnership will:
- Conduct capacity-building workshops to improve quality assurance, curriculum design, and skills validation.
- Develop and test curricula and materials for transversal skills such as digital, green, and entrepreneurial competences.
- Strengthen work-based learning approaches and career guidance services for VET learners.
- Foster cross-border collaboration through a Community of Practice (CoP) to exchange best practices and enhance the relevance of VET.
By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, RAPPORT will improve employability, inclusivity, and accessibility within VET systems, supporting their alignment with EU standards and labor market needs.
