The CLIMATIX project enhances climate risk insurance education by integrating AI-powered tools for risk assessment and advisory. It aims to close the skills gap, modernize vocational training, and foster industry collaboration, while promoting sustainable climate adaptation strategies.
A structured strategy will be implemented to embed project results into VET systems, expand industry collaborations, and support long-term knowledge transfer.
1- The project will integrate the Climate Risk Insurance (CRI) into VET and higher education programs, ensuring long-term knowledge transfer through certified trainers.
2- The AI-powered learning platform will continue post-project, with plans to secure additional funding for updates and expand its scope to include new topics and sectors.
3- Strong partnerships between VET institutions, insurance companies, and policymakers will bridge the gap between education and the labor market, influencing future regulatory and training strategies.
4- Participating organizations will enhance their digital innovation capabilities, expanding their offerings and fostering long-term institutional growth.
5- Training materials, best practices, and AI tools will be shared across Europe, with a transferability guide for adapting the program in other regions and sectors.
