RAPPORT – Modernising VET through Quality and Responsiveness
The RAPPORT project has officially launched its mission to bridge the gap between Vocational Education and Training (VET) and the evolving needs of the modern labour market. Funded under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET programme, this initiative brings together a diverse partnership from Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina to enhance the quality and responsiveness of VET systems.
A key milestone in this first phase has been the completion of the Quality Assurance and Labour Market Responsiveness (QA & LMR) Framework. Through extensive research involving 106 VET providers and stakeholders across five countries, the project has identified critical gaps in how green, digital, and entrepreneurial skills are integrated into current curricula. These findings, consolidated in a new Aggregate Report, provide the essential evidence base for our next steps: designing modernised training materials and micro-
credentials that ensure VET graduates are truly prepared for the socio-economic challenges of tomorrow.
