GreenComp School – Newsletter no2

Building on our initial progress, the GreenComp School project has reached a significant milestone with the successful conclusion of our 2nd Transnational Partnership Meeting in Italy. Led by our coordinator, DIMITRA Education & Consulting, the consortium finalized the GreenComp School Framework, a comprehensive report that adapts sustainability competences specifically for the primary education sector.
This newly published report serves as a strategic roadmap, identifying core competencies across four key areas and offering policy recommendations for the future of green education. Our focus, now, shifts to developing micro-credentialed training courses and innovative digital tools. These resources will empower teachers to integrate sustainability into diverse subjects—from mathematics to art—ensuring that students develop a lifelong commitment to public health and the planet.
