The overall operation of DIMITRA Education & Consulting S.A. is governed by the principles set out in the Integrated Management System, as shaped by the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 21001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 29993:2017, ISO 37001:2016, the relevant legislation, and market demands.

The core philosophy of the Company is to contribute—through its fields of activity, namely education, training, research, and the undertaking of transnational collaborations and initiatives—to the creation of the conditions that will lead to the development of the social, economic, and cultural level of our country.

1. Objectives of the Integrated Management System

  • The provision of post-secondary education services (IEK), aimed at educating and smoothly integrating young people into the labor market through structured and modern study programs.
  • The implementation of high-quality training programs that incorporate technological developments, with the aim of their continuous improvement.
  • The alignment of vocational training activities with labor market needs and employment opportunities.
  • The support for the establishment and development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
  • Participation in European programs and initiatives for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and the transfer of know-how.
  • The continuous monitoring, evaluation, and control of educational programs from the initial design stage to their implementation and delivery to end beneficiaries.
  • The continuous improvement of the services provided and the overall operation of the Quality System, with the aim of increasing customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements governing the operation of DIMITRA E.C.

2. Achievement of the above through the core processes of the Integrated Management System (IMS), which define actions such as:

  • The systematic monitoring of the system’s effectiveness through annual management reviews, internal audits, etc.
  • The identification of interested parties, the detection and mitigation of threats, as well as the utilization of emerging opportunities.
  • The clear identification of the needs of learners, trainees, businesses, and community initiatives, and the provision of services that meet initial requirements.
  • The establishment of long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers and partners, along with the continuous monitoring of their performance.
  • The continuous training, education, and evaluation of staff.
  • The documented and ongoing monitoring and measurement of trainee satisfaction with the programs provided to them.
  • The provision of necessary resources and modern technology for the effective operation of the system.
  • The documented investigation of the root causes of problems and weaknesses, in order to define and implement the necessary corrective and/or preventive actions aimed at avoiding their recurrence.
  • The delivery of staff training related to business continuity.
  • The execution of drills to test business continuity plans.

The overall implementation of the system’s principles is ensured through the continuous briefing and training of staff at all levels, with the primary aim of fostering awareness of the system’s objectives and philosophy.

All matters related to the Integrated Management System (IMS) are assigned to the IMS Manager (IMSM), who is appointed by the Management and holds the responsibility, authority, and organizational independence to ensure that the company’s IMS operates and is maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 21001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 29993:2017, ISO 37001:2016, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

All personnel of DIMITRA E.C. S.A. are aware of and adhere to this Quality and Information Security Policy.

3. Anti-Bribery Policy

The management of K.D.V.M. DIMITRA acknowledges the risks of bribery and allocates all necessary resources for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016.

Within the framework of this System, procedures are documented and implemented to meet the requirements of the Standard, ensuring the effective prevention of bribery across all areas and activities of K.D.V.M. DIMITRA.

The management of K.D.V.M., throughout its operational framework:
Prohibits all forms of bribery or acceptance thereof.
Requires all employees to comply with national or European Union laws regarding bribery that apply to the company.
Encourages all employees to contribute to the identification and suspicion of any possible bribery and prohibits the punishment or negative treatment of such employees.
Is committed to implementing measures and providing the necessary resources to combat bribery.
Raises awareness and appropriately trains its personnel through continuous briefings and training sessions on anti-bribery matters.
Has established a specific Anti-Bribery Compliance Structure, which is independent from the rest of the staff, reports solely to the General Director, and holds the obligation and authority to investigate any potential case of bribery, to examine and assess bribery risks, and to implement relevant countermeasures.
In the event of bribery or non-compliance with the requirements of the anti-bribery management system, sanctions are imposed, and in case of violation of relevant legislative requirements, reports are made to the competent authorities.
It is committed to the continuous improvement of the anti-bribery management system it implements.

Compliance with this policy is mandatory and binding for all personnel and partners of the company.

This document is available to all staff, clients, partners, and suppliers of K.D.V.M. DIMITRA as well as any involved Public and Municipal Authority.
