The action \u00ab<\/strong>Training of employees from all sectors of the economy for the acquisition and certification of both targeted and transversal knowledge, skills, and competencies in tourism and related professions\u00bb<\/strong><\/strong> with MIS 5035211, commissioned by the PANHELLENIC ASSOCIATION OF RESTAURANTS, CAFETERIAS, TOURISM ENTERPRISES AND RELATED PROFESSIONS OF GREECE (P.A.N.S.E.K.T.E.), was implemented by “DIMITRA” Educational Consulting S.A. The objective of the project was the implementation of training actions (80 hours duration) and certification for 1,275 employees of the private sector (regardless of the sector or branch of the economy in which they are employed) in the following areas: Catering \u2013 Food Service Unit Management, Culinary \u2013 Restaurant Arts Employee, Barista, Organizational Culture and Time Management Systems Officer, aiming at the acquisition of additional knowledge and skills that will have a direct and positive impact both on the upgrade of the position and role of the beneficiaries\/employees within the companies and on enhancing their employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The action was funded by the European Union (European Social Fund) and by national resources through the Public Investment Program (PIP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
