{"id":21811,"date":"2017-10-05T11:22:19","date_gmt":"2017-10-05T08:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dimitra.gr\/?post_type=european-projects&#038;p=21811"},"modified":"2025-05-05T14:35:36","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T11:35:36","slug":"scope-skills-for-corporate-entrepreneurship","status":"publish","type":"european-projects","link":"https:\/\/www.dimitra.gr\/en\/european-projects\/scope-skills-for-corporate-entrepreneurship\/","title":{"rendered":"SCOPE-Skills for Corporate Entrepreneurship &#8211;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Description<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>strategic objectives<\/strong>&nbsp;of the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022To foster innovativeness and company growth in European companies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022To establish intrapreneurial structures in companies wishing to be innovative<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022To enhance the employability and intrapreneurial skills of employees and students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>specific objectives<\/strong>&nbsp;are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Identification of specific sub-competences constituting the general competences of intrapreneurship and identification of corporate needs in each of the sub-competences (competence model) on employee and management levels<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Development\/Improvement of employee competences in medium sized companies in the area of intrapreneurship through a tailor made training programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Identification and analysis of&nbsp;<strong>European good practice models<\/strong>&nbsp;on intrapreneurship mechanisms, corporate frameworks and support systems as well as incentive schemes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Development\/Improvement of manager\u2019s competences in the field of intrapreneurship and intrapreneurship support through a tailormade training programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Provision of a&nbsp;<strong>self-auditing tool<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>for companies<\/strong>&nbsp;on corporate readiness for intrapreneurship and intrapreneurial friendliness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Setting up of a sustainability plan for future provision of intrapreneurship training after the project ends and establishing a framework to embed the developed trainings in the ECVET system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Developing and implementing idea management system in medium sized companies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This project has been funded with support from the European Commission.
