In an effort to strengthen employability and support equal opportunities for all, our organization
offers a series of consulting services to enterprises and organizations of the public and private sectors
and undertakes the implementation of many activities which place human resources at the centre.
It has also elaborated many researches & studies, with the following indicative subjects:
- the examination of the training needs of the human resources,
- the prospects of enterprises on the regional level,
- the potential of applying new forms of employment,
- the application of new technologies in the entrepreneurial activity, etc

Simultaneously, judging the constant contact with the labour market as imperative,
it undertakes a series of studies on an annual basis, aiming at the evaluation of
the effectiveness of the vocational training programs, their impact on the professional
life of the trainees, the amount of their absorption by the labour market and other relevant information.
Indicatively, our organization has undertaken and implemented the following projects in the field of provision of services for the empowering of human resources:
- Organizing and operation of the Youth Entrepreneurship Support Structures of the General Secretariat of Youth.
- Consultancy for the de-institutionalization mechanism of the Operational Program Health and Provision of the Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity.
- Maturation consultant of the measure Training-Education of the Public Servants of the National Centre for Public Service and Self-Government in the Information Society.
