TRANSNATIONAL PARTNERS
Montbard Formation - France
Montbard Formation is an SARL based in Lille and works with small business as well as some larger clients like the Cedico group. They are partners in an ADAPT project for retail and submitted their own Leonardo bid last year for complementary training (which will be resubmitted again this year).

DIMITRA - Greece
Dimitra's objectives are, to have a part in the creation of such conditions that will allow Greece to move forward towards its accession in the unified Europe via its own social, economic and cultural development, as well as the development of the natural and human resources of the area. Dimitra is a member of IRIS and has worked with all the partners on projects concerning equal opportunities and women, especially NOW. Dimitra has also participated in Euroform, Horizon, FORCE, COMETT and PETRA.

Domani Donna - Italy
Domani Donna is non-profit making training organisation set up to help promote women into employment. It offers training for women returnees, women into business and technology courses. It was worked with the partners before, specifically on NOW projects and this Leonardo project provides the opportunity for us to renew our working relationship with them.

FBD Schuller - Germany
Will assist in the data collection and dissemination of materials and pilot the new approaches and materials.

RSA Examination Board
Will monitor and evaluate materials as well as monitor and evaluate methodologies and publicise the results.

Omagh District Council
This role will be as dissemination and they will lead this process which will begin from Day 1.

I CONSULT, PRIRODA
Will observe and learn from the experiences of the group and dissemination the results in Slovakia.

Harlow College
Harlow College is a tertiary college offering academic and vocational training to over 9000 students, 7000 of which are adults returning to study. The college has a strong reputation for its provision and breadth of curriculum. Harlow College haw involvement on many European programmes - ESF, Konver, Euroform, Lingua, Youth for Europe and Adapt.

Omagh Chamber of Commerce & Industry
Tyrone Economic Development will help identify SME's in Omagh and liaise with our EU partners. They will also assist in the evaluation and dissemination process.

Henley Distance Learning
Both are part of the giant Pearson plc who own a wide range of publishers, including Addison Weasley Longman, Pengt in and Pitman. They will evaluate the materials produces for publication throughout Europe. They will print some of the information and mail the UK colleges.

HOW THE PROJECT RELATES TO THE TRANSNATIONAL PARTNERS
A central purpose of Service will be to create a truly transnational project, where perspectives and practices in each participating state are analysed and evaluated. The purpose of this exercise is to:
  • Identify universal competencies in the field of customer service.
  • Development of an approach to good practice based on a fusion of experience from the partners.
  • Recognise and respect cultural and social differences that have customer service implications.
  • Consider the language dimension.
THIS IS A BALANCE OF UNIFORMITY IN EXCELLENCE AND PLURALITY IN CULTURAL IDENTITY.
