 The training organization DIMITRA I.T.D. has been certified by the
organization TUV Hellas for its Quality Assurance System, which it applies according to the International
Standard EN ISO 9001:2000. The certification covers the seat of the organization in Larissa, but also the
Branches in Athens and Thessaloniki.
The field of application of the Quality Assurance System applies to the main activities of the organization
and more specifically: Provision of Training Services and Organizing of Seminars, Provision of Consultancy
for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Human Resources Development.
In order to ensure the highest possible quality of the services it provides, our organization
participates in the implementation of European programs and initiatives, but also in the actions
of various national and transnational networks, continuously transferring and adapting the know
how and experience it obtains. The high standard of the provided services is guaranteed by their quality certification.
Participation in networks
DIMITRA I.T.D. has developed an extensive collaborations' network with many organizations from the
European Union member countries. It is a founding member and participates actively in many networks,
both national (Andromeda, Alpha, Deka) and European (IRIS, ENSIN, ENTER. SESAM, GC Development Group,
Bene), aiming at the methodological approach in the field of Education-Training, the development
of the spirit of entrepreneurship and the establishment of Small to Medium Enterprises.
