Vocational Support for People with Difficulty on Employment Access

“Dimitra” I.T.D., understanding the need for provision of suitable help and supervision during the job searching procedure as well as the contribution of continuous development of professional qualifications in the diminution of unemployment, participates in the European Outplacement Framework (EOF) Program. 
More specifically, the “European Outplacement Framework” is a 2year transfer of innovation program that has to do with vocational support for people with difficulty on employment access. The main objective of the abovementioned program is to create the European Outplacement Guide – EOG, which contains the concept of outplacement including its definitions, methodologies and tools. In addition to the EOG, some specific training modules will be elaborated, which will enhance the outplacement of tutors/mentors in their future tasks and roles.
The program is co funded by the European Union while organizations from Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland and Portugal as well as Dimitra I.T.D. participate in it.
