Successfully completed the pilot trainings in Digital Competence and Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship for disadvantaged groups

Successfully completed the pilot trainings in Digital Competence (KC4) and Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship (KC7) for disadvantaged groups of the European program CERF: Certification Standard for European Reference Framework Key Competencies. The training courses lasted 1 week and were held on DIMITRA’s facilities Palaiologou 19 str. in Larissa.

The participants were unemployed people of vulnerable social groups and groups at risk of social exclusion who were trained on IT and New Technologies and on issues about the Social Economy, Initiative and Entrepreneurship.

The aim of these training modules was to support the members of specific social groups at critical points of their integration into the labor market. Through the “end-users” pilot trainings, trainees had the opportunity to identify their strengths and their professional skills to set personal and professional goals as well as to design and implement an individualized “working plan” by taking into account their particular skills and talents.
